Jinkies! Leadership Lessons from Scooby-Doo

One of my favorite cartoons is Scooby-Doo! And I love watching it during the Spooky Season!

Every episode starts with fear, a seemingly supernatural mystery, and a sense of doubt. Yet, Scooby and the gang push forward, armed with curiosity, collaboration, and courage—a bit like effective leaders!

Scooby and Shaggy might be scared, but the gang always chooses to dig deeper rather than run away. Leaders, too, face uncertainties, and great leadership is about staying curious in the face of the unknown.

So, this Halloween, let’s remember that with a little courage, curiosity, and collaboration, we can tackle any ‘monster’ we face in leadership.
